Ben

Ben is our lead pastor at Faith Community. Ben and his wife, Andi, moved into the Central Hilltop neighborhood, have raised their kids here, and are committed to walking with people on their journey to know God the Father through our Savior Jesus Christ. He will tell you, at the core of our faith is relationship with God, and living into genuine Christian community. He spent his early years in a diverse neighborhood, learned how to dance as a kid at AA functions, and knows what it’s like to grow up in trauma. Jesus changes everything, and will change your life! He is an ordained and consecrated minister in the Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA), received an M.Div from Asbury Theological Seminary. Contact Ben here.

 

Andi

Andi is our Children’s Ministry Director at Faith Community Church. Andi and her husband, Ben, moved into the Central Hilltop neighborhood, have raised their kids here, and are committed to walking with people on their journey to know God the Father through our Savior Jesus Christ. Andi is a gifted leader, who cares about kids and families. She wants to create a safe, engaging environment for kids to learn about God, and come into relationship with him. With four kids, she’s ready for anything.

 

SHelly

Shelly is our Director of Community Engagement at Faith Community Church. Shelly and her husband, Tim, moved into the Hilltop because they are committed to walking beside people on their journey to know God the Father through our Savior Jesus Christ. Shelly is a gifted leader, who cares about our community. Shelly leads our LifeWise program. Shelly helps us engage in the big lift for folks in our community that need help in crisis. Shelly is an ordained and consecrated minister in the Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA).

 

Charles

Charles serves as the Assistant Pastor of Faith Community Church. Originally from Baltimore, MD, Charles felt a call to serve as a missionary when he was in high school which led him to move to Pittsburgh, PA and start a Christian homeless ministry. In 2022, Charles and his family followed God’s call to Columbus, OH to serve as the Candidate Development Specialist for the National Office of the Christian and Missionary Alliance. Charles is currently in the ordination process and serves Faith Community Church by helping strengthen worship and missions engagement, as well as the day to day operations of the church. Charles, his wife Liz, and their two kids Julia and Marcus, live within walking distance of the church.
